Activities in 2019

Summary: developed verification systems for silver ingots, integrating hardware with National Instruments vision and LabVIEW. Established WiFi testers for DSL modem repair, incorporating RF test probes and TestStand. Integrated measurement instruments for cosmetology clinical analysis. Created electronic card testers for coffee machines and supported GPON fiber modem production with TestStand.

The year 2019 was a dynamic period of innovation and technological advancement. Our team focused on developing sophisticated systems and solutions that enhanced quality control, testing, and production efficiency. We integrated state-of-the-art hardware and software to verify the authenticity of silver ingots, and we revolutionized the repair process for DSL modems with advanced WiFi testing capabilities.

Our commitment to precision and excellence led us to integrate measurement instruments for cosmetology, ensuring the highest standards in clinical skin analysis. We also tailored electronic card testers for coffee machines, demonstrating our versatility and customer-centric approach. Additionally, we bolstered the production line of GPON fiber modems with robust testing support, underpinning our dedication to delivering reliable and cutting-edge solutions. Each project in 2019 was a step towards redefining industry benchmarks and reinforcing our leadership in the field:

  • Metallurgy - Verification of identification engraving on silver ingots: hardware integration and development of a verification system for identifiers engraved on 30 kg silver ingots in a foundry. This tester is based on National Instruments vision for cameras and LabVIEW communicating with PLCs.
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - WiFi tester for DSL modem repair center: hardware integration and software development for testing modem PCBA cards under repair, with SMA cables, RF test probes, vector generator / analyzer, and TestStand.
  • Life Sciences and Healthcare Technology - Integration of measurement instruments for clinical skin analysis for cosmetology based on LabVIEW.
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Electronic card tester for coffee machine: development of the test sequencer and instruments drivers for integration with a test bench manufactured by the customer. The solution is based on LabVIEW and TestStand.
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Support GPON fiber modem production line testers based on National Instruments TestStand

Activities in 2008

Summary: At AJOLLY testing, we’ve crafted a generic software architecture and associated training to boost factory efficiency. Integrating LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI into TestStand, we’ve enabled database communications now deployed in multiple plants. Our expertise spans C, LabWindows/CVI, LabVIEW, and Measurement Studio C#. Additionally, we’ve created a comprehensive 350-point test bench for evaluating the aging of electronic components, showcasing our dedication to advancing professional electronic testing solutions.

In 2008, AJOLLY Testing marked significant milestones in the innovation of testing and measurement processes. Our projects encompassed the creation of a generic software architecture and the associated training, enhancing the efficiency of production facilities. Furthermore, we developed an advanced testing rig for the durability assessment of electronic components. These initiatives, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as LabVIEW and GPIB, underscore our unwavering commitment to excellence and our substantial impact on advancing the industry.

  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Analysis, Development, and Training on a Generic Software Architecture Based on TestStand:
    • We have established development guidelines to integrate LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI components into the TestStand architecture and specified communications with the database. The results of this study are now utilized in various production plants.
    • The techniques involved include the C language, LabWindows/CVI, LabVIEW, and Measurement Studio C#.
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Development of a Test Bench for Measuring the Aging of Electronic Boards and Their Components:
    • This test bench conducts 350 measurement points, ranging from one minute to several months, to assess the aging of electronic components.
    • The technologies employed for this project are LabVIEW, GPIB, megohmmeter, Pickering chassis, and a switching matrix.
