In 2026, AJOLLY Testing is supporting industrialization, diagnostics, ramp-up, and custom test bench development across Mexico, the USA, and Brazil. Current activities include an automated test sequencer for a Greentek HVLS fan controller, full end-of-line support for a 10G EPON fiber modem program, Wi-Fi modulation diagnostics and engineering runs for a new Claro DOCSIS 3.1 / Wi-Fi 6 gateway, and I²C battery gauge validation for Samsung phone batteries in Manaus..
AJOLLY Testing continues to support electronics manufacturing projects where automated test, measurement quality, production diagnostics, and industrialization must work together to secure product launch and manufacturing stability.
Our contribution is not limited to software development. We also support the selection of measurement and automation architecture, bench adaptation, traceability strategy, production debugging, and quality engineering activities such as GRR, Cpk, FPY, recurring-failure analysis, and process improvement.
- Development of a test sequencer and bench automation for HVLS fan controller
- DUT: industrial ceiling fan controller for large air-movement systems.
- AJOLLY Testing is developing the production software with LabVIEW for a dual-station bench covering both PCBA validation and final assembly verification, while the mechanical fixture and wiring are manufactured by our customer.
- Our scope also includes technical support on equipment selection, especially for measurement and automation architecture.
- Technical scope: embedded programming and debug interface, data acquisition and voltage measurement instruments, switching resources, PLC-based fixture automation, RS485 / Modbus communication, operator HMI, serial number traceability, and production logging.
- The implemented functions include firmware loading, voltage verification, digital input validation, analog 0-10 V and 4-20 mA validation, diagnostic register access, and operator-guided execution with clear pass/fail feedback.
- Location: Mexico.
- Complete EOL support for a 10G EPON fiber modem manufacturing program
- DUT: 10G EPON fiber ONU / home broadband modem.
- In the USA, AJOLLY Testing is providing complete end-of-line production support, diagnostic assistance, and identification of improvement points for both test benches and manufacturing flow.
- This work covers engineering run, prototype learning loops, and ramp-up stabilization, with strong attention to the reliability of production decisions and the repeatability of measurements.
- Technical scope: RF and Wi-Fi calibration environments, optical TX/RX measurement chains, PON/OLT communication equipment, Ethernet and data-path validation, USB and telephony functional interfaces, LED verification, traceability systems, and production data analysis.
- Quality scope: GRR studies on critical measurements, Cpk follow-up on CTQ parameters, FPY and retest analysis, Pareto of recurring failures, review of golden units, routing, scripts, and maintenance logic.
- The objective is to reduce false failures, accelerate fault isolation between DUT, fixture, instrument, software, and process, and improve production readiness during industrialization.
- Location: USA.
- Support for Wi-Fi modulation issue diagnosis and engineering runs on a new DOCSIS 3.1 / Wi-Fi 6 gateway
- DUT: DOCSIS 3.1 residential modem with Wi-Fi 6, Ethernet, and telephony functions.
- In Manaus, AJOLLY Testing is supporting production and engineering teams on low FPY analysis and Wi-Fi modulation anomalies observed on test and calibration benches during validation and ramp-up.
- The work includes engineering run support for a new hardware revision, production bench adaptation, and correlation of test results with real product behavior.
- Technical scope: RF validation systems, Wi-Fi calibration stations, near-field antenna test setup, path-loss review, Ethernet and telephony functional validation, TestStand bench logic, low-level access tools, throughput verification, and personalization / data integrity checks.
- This diagnostic work has helped point the investigation toward Wi-Fi ripple and modulation behavior linked to FEM-related sections and associated components, while also supporting the transition to a new shared-antenna architecture and updated interface definition.
- Location: Manaus, Brazil.
- I²C programming and validation for phone batteries
- DUT: smartphone battery pack with embedded fuel-gauge management.
- In Manaus, AJOLLY Testing is supporting battery validation and programming activities through a dedicated communication and traceability approach centered on the battery gauge.
- The mission covers parameter access, security-state handling, engineering confirmation after programming, and preparation for future production deployment.
- Technical scope: I²C / SDA / SCL communication, low-voltage embedded diagnostics, read/write workflow for battery parameters, gauge unlock verification, structured readback, and spreadsheet-based traceability export.
- This type of support reduces industrialization risk, improves engineering visibility, and creates a stronger bridge between validation, audit preparation, and future factory execution.
- Location: Manaus, Brazil.
