Activities in 2014

Summary: Developed IVI drivers for oil industry instruments and cosmetic selection software, enhancing with LabVIEW capabilities. Improved truck fuse block inspection with LabVIEW Vision. Created electronic component testers and WiFi calibration stations for DSL gateways, streamlining diagnostics and operator training.

The year 2014 stands out as a significant milestone in our professional journey, marked by a series of pioneering activities that spanned across various industries and countries. From the development of IVI drivers in France to the implementation of LabVIEW for cosmetic selection, each project was a step forward in technological innovation. In Mexico, I enhanced quality control with LabVIEW Vision, while in the United States, we revolutionized DSL home gateway diagnostics and calibration. This year was a testament to our commitment to excellence and the relentless pursuit of pushing the boundaries of technology:
  • Oil and Gas Industry - IVI drivers for measuring instruments for the oil industry: IVI drivers development using LabWindows/CVI and TestStand. Location: France
  • Life Sciences and Healthcare Technology - software for cosmetics selection: capturing various skin measures this software indicates which cosmetic to use and in what dosage. Technique: LabVIEW. Location: France
  • Life Sciences and Healthcare Technology - measurement software and clinical study of the skin: since 2010 we add tools and features. This year it is the turn of the communications performance, instruments optimization and improvement of the measurement areas editor. Technique: LabVIEW. Location: France
  • Automotive Manufacturing - fuse blocks inspection for truck: improving vision fuse blocks test benches for the production of truck. Technique: LabVIEW Vision. Location: Mexico
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - electronic components tester: sequencing measures voltage and temperature of the components during temperature cycling. Technique: LabVIEW, GPIB. Location: France
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Wifi calibration and test station for DSL home gateway: hardware and software development with installation in a service center and operator training. Technique: TestStand, LitePoint. Location: United States.
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - boot up diagnostic station for DSL home gateway: this aid diagnostic station, installed in a service center, allows the repair technician to read Linux traces during boot up of the PCBA. The software identifies initialization problems (flash memory corruption, problem of access to material resources ...); thus the diagnosis takes a few seconds. Technique: LabVIEW. Location: United States.

Activities in 2009

Summary: We’ve optimized GPIB communications on a synchrotron through C++ programming on Linux and JAVA, showcasing our commitment to precision and technical knowledge sharing. Our conference on software migration highlighted our technical leadership, reflecting our dedication to innovation and excellence in the field.

In 2009, AJOLLY Testing fortified its prowess in testing and measurement, making significant strides in software development and complex system analysis. Our comparative study on test bench software development for production highlighted our proficiency in technologies like LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and Visual Studio .NET C# with Measurement Studio. Furthermore, our analytical work on a third-generation synchrotron showcased our ability to optimize GPIB communications, thanks to our expertise in C++ programming on Linux and JAVA instrument server development. These initiatives reflect our commitment to precision and efficiency, while emphasizing the importance of sharing our knowledge with the technical community.

  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Comparative Technical and Financial Study on Test Bench Software Development: In our collaboration with Alcatel-Lucent, we conducted an in-depth comparative technical and financial study on the development of test bench software for production. This project involved the use of LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and Visual Studio .NET C# with Measurement Studio. We concluded this project with an informative conference, presenting migration examples to Alcatel-Lucent’s technical experts and leaders.
    • Techniques Utilized: LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Visual Studio .NET C# with Measurement Studio.
  • Scientific Research and Development - Analysis of Measurement Losses on a Third-Generation Synchrotron: Our team undertook a detailed analysis of measurement losses on a third-generation synchrotron, leading to a significant optimization of GPIB communications on both hardware and software levels. This task required specialized expertise in C++ programming on Linux and JAVA instrument server development.
    • Techniques Utilized: C++ on Linux, JAVA instrument server, GPIB.
