Summary: launched GPON & WiFi6 gateways with advanced testing stations for WiFi6 calibration, USB, telephony, and fiber optics. Developed TestStand and LabVIEW sequences for quality assurance, including Ethernet and WiFi throughput. Innovated in cosmetology measurement with networked software and new instruments. Supported audio-video products with Alexa, ensuring quality in WiFi6, Bluetooth, and acoustic testing. Created automatic calibration software for WiFi/Bluetooth testers, improving maintenance and traceability.

In 2023, our relentless pursuit of innovation led us to develop and manufacture cutting-edge test and measurement solutions tailored precisely to meet the needs of our clients across diverse industrial sectors. Strengthening our strategic partnerships with local players, we expanded our global footprint by consolidating operations and collaborations in five key countries: Mexico, Brazil, Tunisia, China, and France.

• Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - GPON & WiFi6 Fiber Optic residential gateway: we orchestrated the production launch by designing and manufacturing sophisticated test interfaces, developing customized test software, and ensuring material supply for all line testers:
• WiFi6 802.11ax Calibration and Testing Station: Featuring beamforming and vision-based LED testing on PCBA.
• Multifunctional Testers for USB 2.0 ports and telephony.

As we reflect on the year 2022, it stands out as a period of significant growth and innovation for our company. We have successfully developed and manufactured a range of cutting-edge testing and measurement solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our clients in key industrial sectors. Activities in 2015

Summary: Developed WiFi testers for DSL gateways and software rework stations in the US, enhancing calibration and flash memory reworks. Created DOCSIS and GPON modem EOL testers in Brazil, aiding production ramp-up. Engineered engine test benches for tractors and electrical fuse block tests in Mexico, improving test stability and speed with LabVIEW and PXI.

The year 2015 was a remarkable period of growth and innovation, as we delved into the intricacies of hardware and software development across various technological fronts. In the United States, we pioneered the creation of WiFi calibration and validation stations for DSL home gateways, and devised a software rework solution that significantly reduced the need for flash memory replacements.

In Brazil, our expertise contributed to the development of End-of-Line (EOL) testers for both DOCSIS and GPON home gateways, facilitating the production ramp-up and ensuring seamless launches.

Meanwhile, in Mexico, we developed sophisticated measurement software for the engine blocks of new John Deere tractor models, and enhanced the stability and speed of electrical fuse block testing. Each project not only pushed the boundaries of current technology but also set new standards for efficiency and reliability in their respective fields:

From the development of IVI drivers in France to the implementation of LabVIEW for cosmetic selection, each project was a step forward in technological innovation. In Mexico, I enhanced quality control with LabVIEW Vision, while in the United States, we revolutionized DSL home gateway diagnostics and calibration. This year was a testament to our commitment to excellence and the relentless pursuit of pushing the boundaries of technology:

• Automotive Manufacturing - fuse blocks inspection for truck: improving vision fuse blocks test benches for the production of truck. Technique: LabVIEW Vision. Location: Mexico
• Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - electronic components tester: sequencing measures voltage and temperature of the components during temperature cycling. Technique: LabVIEW, GPIB. Location: France

• Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - boot up diagnostic station for DSL home gateway: this aid diagnostic station, installed in a service center, allows the repair technician to read Linux traces during boot up of the PCBA. The software identifies initialization problems (flash memory corruption, problem of access to material resources ...); thus the diagnosis takes a few seconds. Technique: LabVIEW.
