Activities in 2023

Summary: launched GPON & WiFi6 gateways with advanced testing stations for WiFi6 calibration, USB, telephony, and fiber optics. Developed TestStand and LabVIEW sequences for quality assurance, including Ethernet and WiFi throughput. Innovated in cosmetology measurement with networked software and new instruments. Supported audio-video products with Alexa, ensuring quality in WiFi6, Bluetooth, and acoustic testing. Created automatic calibration software for WiFi/Bluetooth testers, improving maintenance and traceability.

In 2023, our relentless pursuit of innovation led us to develop and manufacture cutting-edge test and measurement solutions tailored precisely to meet the needs of our clients across diverse industrial sectors. Strengthening our strategic partnerships with local players, we expanded our global footprint by consolidating operations and collaborations in five key countries: Mexico, Brazil, Tunisia, China, and France.

Our keg projects for the year reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence:
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - GPON & WiFi6 Fiber Optic residential gateway: we orchestrated the production launch by designing and manufacturing sophisticated test interfaces, developing customized test software, and ensuring material supply for all line testers:
    • WiFi6 802.11ax Calibration and Testing Station: Featuring beamforming and vision-based LED testing on PCBA.
    • Multifunctional Testers for USB 2.0 ports and telephony.
    • Optical Tester for fiber optic connectors.
    • GPON TX/RX Calibration Stations and validation processes.
    • Functional Testers for GPON and OLT.
    • Automated Testers for WiFi antenna power, LED color, USB 3.1, and telephone connectors post-assembly.
    • Product Customization Stations with client-specific data (SSID, passwords, etc.).

    • Advanced automation of the commands of the unit to be calibrated for increased efficiency.
    • Automated control of instruments via SCPI commands on an Ethernet network, ensuring reliable and rapid communication.
    • Software development in Python with integration of high-level drivers designed in LabVIEW, guaranteeing optimal interoperability and maximum performance.

    • Integration of new instruments from Courage + Khazaka electronic.
    • Advanced features for study synchronization via network and cloud.
    • Ongoing development using LabVIEW.

  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Video Soundbox with Alexa Assistant: our technical support and test interfaces cover:
    • Identification and resolution of production issues based on tester analysis and continuous improvement reports.
    • Interfaces for validating WiFi6, Bluetooth, audio from four speakers, and microphones in an acoustic chamber. Also includes audio-video, USB, HDMI, and type F connectors.

Innovated in cosmetology with cloud-synced measurement software and LabVIEW development. Enhanced automotive fuse box testing with new software functions and vision verification.


As we reflect on the year 2022, it stands out as a period of significant growth and innovation for our company. We have successfully developed and manufactured a range of cutting-edge testing and measurement solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our clients in key industrial sectors. Our efforts this year have been marked by the strengthening of partnerships and the expansion of our operations across Mexico, Brazil, Tunisia, China, the United States, and France.

Our project highlights include the launch of DOCSIS 3.1 residential gateways with WiFi6 support, where we conducted extensive testing and customization to ensure optimal performance. We also made strides in the GPON fiber optic residential gateway market, providing comprehensive production startup support and developing new test interfaces. The Video Soundbox powered by Alexa represents our foray into smart device testing, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

In the realm of cosmetology, we continued to innovate with our measurement station, integrating cloud synchronization and new instruments to support clinical studies. Additionally, our work in the automotive sector with fuse box testing has set new standards for manual component analysis and production data support.

Activities in 2021

Summary: Developed Linux-based set-top box testers with Alexa, focusing on acousticaudiovideoWiFi, and Bluetooth. Implemented GPON modem testers for optical fibertelephonyUSB, and Ethernet; including WiFi 6 antenna verification via NFT. Advanced EV component testing with 5000V dielectric tests and LabVIEW software, utilizing Keysight and other instruments for precise electrical measurements.

In 2021, our global team embarked on an ambitious slate of projects that spanned across Mexico, Brazil, Tunisia, China, and France, pushing the boundaries of technological innovation. We engineered sophisticated set-top box testers with Linux and Alexa integration, ensuring comprehensive validation for acoustic, audio, video, WiFi, and Bluetooth functionalities.

Our expertise in fiber optics was demonstrated through the development of GPON modem testers, which included rigorous testing of optical fibers, user interfaces, and WiFi 6 capabilities, ensuring devices met the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Additionally, we ventured into the automotive sector, creating component testers for electric vehicles capable of conducting high-voltage dielectric tests and intricate electrical measurements, utilizing a suite of advanced instruments and software. Each project was a step towards redefining industry benchmarks and reinforcing our leadership in the field:

Activities in 2013

SummaryAudited xDSL modem testing processes, achieving a 500% capacity increase. Developed LabVIEW systems for laser cooling and skin measurement. Optimized xDSL test benches, reducing test times by 40%. Created IVI drivers and trained in LabVIEW and Visual Basic .NET, enhancing testability and production efficiency.

During the year 2013 the missions of measuring
and testing took me in France, Mexico, Brazil, Tunisia, Canada and the United States. They allowed me to increase my experience in the integration of test benches in the mass production
lines and test systems technical audit. And it's always a pleasure to meet various stakeholders, engineers and management teams from different sectors, different countries and communicate in different languages ​​(English, French, Spanish and Portuguese).
Here's the list of my activities in 2013:
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Testing process audit into a xDSL modem repair center, defining solutions to establish, develop the new process, the layout of the line. This optimization resulted in an increase of 500% test volume capacity (TestStand ).
  • Accessory on a regulation system of laser cooling with cRIO LabVIEW real-time.
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Development of a quality test bench at the end of the mass production of xDSL modem (GVT, Telefonica): VDSL, WiFi 2.4GHz, 5GHz WiFi, FTTH, Ethernet, HPNA (TestStand).
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Optimization and debugging of functional test benches in the mass production of xDSL modem: 40% reduction in test time, reducing false failures (TestStand, LabWindows / CVI)
  • Life Sciences and Healthcare Technology - Development of instrument drivers for the measurement of the skin characteristics with LabVIEW.
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - IVI drivers development with LabWindow/CVI integrated in TestStand.
  • Consumer Electronics and Telecommunications - Development of a system for measuring the aging of electronic components
  • Trainings of LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Measurement and instrumentation with Visual Basic. Net (Measurement Studio)
