Activities in 2010

Summary: in 2010, AJOLLY Testing advanced quality supervision and control by integrating technologies like LabVIEW and TestStand. The company developed radar software components, simulated testing environments for qualifications, and a refrigeration system to analyze R134a refrigerant, aiming to optimize thermodynamic efficiency. These initiatives reflect AJOLLY Testing’s commitment to engineering excellence and expertise.

We are pleased to present the key activities and projects that marked our year 2010, reflecting AJOLLY Testing’s ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence. Our experts, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as NI’s LabVIEW and TestStand from Emerson, conduct highly precise analyses. Here’s a glimpse of our significant initiatives:

  • Aerospace and defense - Manufacturing - Software Component Development for Radars: Our radar project involved creating sophisticated software components for editing and configuring mathematical models. These models aim to simulate environments for both civilian and military radars, facilitating their testing and qualification. Our applications range from static airport radars to missile-embedded radar systems.
    • Techniques Used: LabVIEW, Visual Studio C++
  • Refrigeration Technology - Refrigeration System for Thermodynamic Study: We developed a refrigeration system specifically for the thermodynamic study of the refrigerant R134a. This project is designed to enhance the understanding of thermodynamic processes and improve the performance of refrigeration systems.
    • Techniques Used: LabVIEW, Visual Basic, Compact Fieldpoint, DAQ, DIO, RS-422, Modbus

Activities in 2007

Summary: we engineered a sophisticated supervision system for quality control of sand from quarries, pivotal in cement production. This system harnesses LabVIEW and the DSC module to ensure precise outcomes. Our instrumentation encompasses PLCs from Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Schneider, communicating via OPC, Modbus, Profibus, RS-232, as well as Compact FieldPoint, DIO, and DAQ. Furthermore, we have developed a cutting-edge test bench to assess the quality of gas production, vital for the food, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries. This system utilizes LabVIEW, Compact FieldPoint, DAQ, DIO, RS-232, AK protocol, and Emerson gas analyzers, guaranteeing adherence to the highest quality standards.

In 2007, “AJOLLY testing” fortified its leadership in the realm of testing and measurement solutions. Our accomplishments include the development of advanced systems for sand quality control in quarries, crucial for cement production, as well as the design of test benches for assessing the quality of gases used in the food, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries. Our projects are distinguished by the integration of cutting-edge technologies and sophisticated instrumentation, ensuring precision and reliability in our supervision and analysis processes. These initiatives are highlighted on our professional company blog, reflecting our dedication to innovation and excellence within the industry.

  • Raw material - Quarry Sand Quality Supervision System for Cement Production: AJOLLY testing developed a supervision system for quality control of quarry-extracted sand, aimed at cement production. This project featured the implementation of LabVIEW and the LabVIEW Data Logging and Supervisory Control (DSC) module for efficient data management. The instrumentation included Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Schneider PLCs, communicating via OPC, Modbus, Profibus, and RS-232. Compact FieldPoint, DIO, and DAQ were also utilized to ensure precise and reliable monitoring.
  • Oil and Gas Industry - Test Bench for Gas Production Quality Control: AJOLLY testing specified and developed a test bench for quality control of gases produced in the food, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries. The project employed LabVIEW for the user interface and control logic. The instrumentation setup comprised Compact FieldPoint, DAQ, DIO, and RS-232, along with the AK protocol and Emerson gas analyzers, to ensure rigorous quality measurements in line with industrial standards.
