Activities in 2010

Summary: in 2010, AJOLLY Testing advanced quality supervision and control by integrating technologies like LabVIEW and TestStand. The company developed radar software components, simulated testing environments for qualifications, and a refrigeration system to analyze R134a refrigerant, aiming to optimize thermodynamic efficiency. These initiatives reflect AJOLLY Testing’s commitment to engineering excellence and expertise.

We are pleased to present the key activities and projects that marked our year 2010, reflecting AJOLLY Testing’s ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence. Our experts, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as NI’s LabVIEW and TestStand from Emerson, conduct highly precise analyses. Here’s a glimpse of our significant initiatives:

  • Software Component Development for Radars: Our radar project involved creating sophisticated software components for editing and configuring mathematical models. These models aim to simulate environments for both civilian and military radars, facilitating their testing and qualification. Our applications range from static airport radars to missile-embedded radar systems.
    • Techniques Used: LabVIEW, Visual Studio C++
  • Refrigeration System for Thermodynamic Study: We developed a refrigeration system specifically for the thermodynamic study of the refrigerant R134a. This project is designed to enhance the understanding of thermodynamic processes and improve the performance of refrigeration systems.
    • Techniques Used: LabVIEW, Visual Basic, Compact Fieldpoint, DAQ, DIO, RS-422, Modbus
