Activities in 2022

In 2022, we developed and manufactured innovative testing and measurement solutions to meet the needs of our clients across various industrial sectors. Additionally, we strengthened our partnerships with local stakeholders and expanded our operations and collaborations in five key countries: Mexico, Brazil, Tunisia, China, the United States, and France. Here is a list of the projects:

•  DOCSIS 3.1 residential gateway, WiFi6, and production startup support.
• List of tests:
• OTP on memory,
• DOCSIS upstream and downstream test,
• WiFi 802.11ax calibration for 2.4GHz and 5GHz testing for tx, rx, rssi, beamforming,
• USB, FXS VoIP, Ethernet 1Gbps and 2.5Gbps,
• WiFi antenna testing using NFT,
• LED color and intensity
• WPS, reset buttons mechanical testing,
• functional DOCSIS testing with CMTS,
• customization with installation of client software and settings such as mac addresses, SSID, passwords, etc.,
• design and manufacture of test interfaces for the entire production line,
• development of test software using NI TestStand,
• support for production startup (NPI: New Product Introduction) with data and failure analysis, FPY, cp, cpk, test time, and increased production volumes.
• GPON fiber optic residential gateway, WiFi6 and production startup support.

• Cosmetology measurement station - Since 2010, we have been developing measurement software for clinical studies in cosmetology:
• Redesign of the user interface
• Addition of new features, including synchronization with the cloud
• Integration of new instruments
• Developed using LabVIEW.
• Automotive fuse box testing - Manual component insertion assistant software and vision verification:
• Addition of new software functions
• Support for production data analysis.
